About
Farm Credit Monitor is an independent credit-surveillance dashboard for the U.S. Farm Credit System, built from public regulatory filings. Data sources
- FCA Uniform Call Reports (UCR) — quarterly bulk filings, March 2000 to present. Source for balance-sheet, capital, loan-composition, and earnings data.
- FCA Uniform Performance Peer Report (UPPR) — institution peer rankings on credit-quality and performance metrics, published quarterly.
- 12 CFR Part 620 / Part 630 annual reports — institution-disclosed loan composition by commodity / industry.
- Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation Information Statements — quarterly and annual systemwide credit-quality disclosures (UCS classification mix, nonaccrual roll-forward), Q2 2016 to present.
All sources are publicly available. Farm Credit Monitor does not use FCA examination reports, supervisory letters, FIRS ratings, or any borrower-identifiable data.
Methodology
Indicators shown are ratios, peer percentiles, and trends derived from the source filings above. Where a metric is Farm Credit Monitor's interpretation of source data (rather than a value FCA publishes directly), the page methodology note identifies it as such and cites the underlying schedule and line item.
Disclaimer
Farm Credit Monitor publishes derived credit-surveillance signals from public Farm Credit System data. We do not issue credit ratings. Indicators shown are peer-relative percentiles, ratios, and trends — not opinions on creditworthiness or fitness for any investment purpose. Always cite the underlying source schedule and line item when republishing.
